Tinette is an international speaker, training consultant, personal development coach and author. 

She is the Founder and CEO of ConsultAsia Global, a Learning and Development Consulting firm with presence in the United Kingdom, Philippines, Canada and Australia.

With almost 30 years of experience in Luxury Hospitality, Business Consulting, and Social Entrepreneurship, Tinette has successfully created and delivered world-class Customer Service, Sales and Leadership learning programs for various industries around the world. 

Tinette graduated with Distinction from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom, holding a Masters Level Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business, and earned a Degree in Bachelor of Arts Major in Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines.

Tinette actively supports various charitable institutions by sending children from underprivileged backgrounds to school. 

She is a solo parent to her daughter, Sofia, and self-published her book entitled “SOLO, yet So Loved,” with her personal mission to educate, equip and empower solo parents to live meaningful lives with their children.
